The Challenge:
The client wanted to build a central repository of customers, products, organization structure and a data warehouse and tie data from SFA, ERP, HRIS, CRM and PSG Resource management systems to enable 360 degree view of the customer and to enable enterprise wide reporting and analysis across systems and functional areas.
The Solution:
Himmath built a Data warehouse extracting data from Salesforce.com, Siebel and Oracle Applications. Extraction of data from different applications in near real time was made possible by using Tibco business works. Data cleansing was made possible by using Trillium. BI reports were developed and deployed using Cognos Reportnet.
